Led by Arabella Kurtz & colleagues
Thursday 8 October & Thursday 19 November 2026
Thursday 7 October 2027
Phoenix Arts Centre, Leicester
We are delighted to be able to offer a Heads and Hearts accreditation training to individuals or small groups from a range of NHS organisations (and similar) who want to develop their facilitation skills and may also be supervising others in this work.
This year-long course will be led by Arabella Kurtz, who created the Heads and Hearts model. It will offer high quality training in a clear and well-developed RPG model, membership of peer support groups across the training year, observation of RPGs and bespoke feedback, and access to the Heads and Hearts register and community of reflective practice.
The training is suitable for NHS practitioners (and similar) who have some supervisory experience and are required to facilitate RPGs in their role. It will commence with 2 days of in-person training at The Phoenix Arts Centre in Leicester and will end with a single in-person training day at the end of the training year. The cost of the training is £1,200 per person.
Accreditation is based on fulfilling the following: attendance of training days in full, facilitation of a minimum of 6 RPGs during the training year using supplied evaluation tools, attendance of a minimum of 6 hours of peer supervision and observation of a single RPG facilitated to a satisfactory standard.
If you would like to join please make a note of these dates and send us an email to register your interest by clicking the button below. We will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
