About us

Natashia Harris

Natashia is a clinical psychologist that has worked within staff support for the past four years, supporting teams and individuals to create understanding and meaning in their work. She is experienced in setting up and facilitating reflective practice across diverse settings. This has included third sector and charity organisations, particularly within homelessness and care services, as well as teams working in the health service. She is committed to fostering group spaces where practitioners can deepen their understanding of their work and connect with colleagues in solidarity.

Natashia has published an article sharing the use of the Heads and Hearts model within social care and is keen to further develop research focused on reflective practice. She is particularly interested in the impact of reflective practice on team effectiveness and service user experience.
