Heads & Hearts Model
The Heads and Hearts model for reflective practice groups provides structure, clarity and purpose to facilitators and those attending groups. We provide training for facilitators in the Heads and Hearts model and hold a register of those who have completed accreditation training.
Accreditation Course
This year-long course offers:
- Opportunity to consult on how to embed reflective practice in your organisation
- Access to senior trainers, with many years' experience
- High quality training input - the what & how of using the Heads & Hearts model
- Collaboration re set-up of peer support groups to sustain the work
- Observation of individual groups & bespoke feedback
- Evaluation of groups & sharing of data
- Access to Heads & Hearts register & community of practice
Introductory Workshops
These half-day or day-long workshops offer:
- Introduction to reflective practice - what it is & what it is not
- Introduction to the Heads & Hearts model
- Spaces for discussion linking theory with practice
- Possibility of an additional session depending on interest

Psychologically-informed consultations for individuals focussed on work dilemmas & supervision for individuals facilitating reflective practice groups
